The DAG Sheep Station is located on 70 acres in the "Hills of Gold", 10km south of Nundle, a picturesque village less than an hour's drive from Tamworth. The DAG Sheep Station, also known as "The DAG", was originally part of one of the most historic properties in the region, the beautiful "Wombramurra Station". The DAG still retains the station's original historic Woolshed, Workers Cottages, Shearers Quarters and Mess Hall. Offering accommodation for up to 90 guests in self contained cottages, Shearers Quarters with queen rooms or large family/bunk style Shearers Digs. Enjoy our country style catering and hospitality in the surrounds and seclusion of the Crawney Range. Experience Sheep Shearing, Gold Panning and explore the tours available in Nundle at Mt Misery Gold Mine, Nundle Woollen Mill, Gill Bennet Gem and Mineral Collection and Arc-En-Ciel Trout Farm. DAG Sheep Station is proud to host School Groups, Weddings, Conferences, Functions and Events, providing the perfect location for large groups for all occasions.
