Waradah Aboriginal Centre situated at Echo Point, Katoomba in the Greater Blue Mountains Heritage Area, is the perfect location to bring school groups to engage in an interactive educational experience. Waradah Aboriginal Centre offers education program packages that are not only compliant with the current NSW Educational “Human Society and its Environment” Syllabus (Aboriginal Studies) but also inclusive, engaging and fun. Packages are experiential, combining cultural talks with dance, didgeridoo workshops, art workshops and more, all designed to make for a memorable and enjoyable experience for your students. Waradah Aboriginal Centre is a huge 1000sq. meters including performance space, educational tutorial space, an impressive art gallery with both Central Desert artworks, local art with a representation of craft works from Arnhemland.
All packages can be changed to a degree to suit your schools personalized requirements.

School groups traveling some distance are encouraged to include in their journey some sightseeing in the beautiful Blue Mountains on our doorstep. We also have combined packages with Scenic World. Please go to Scenic World website to book for these. We are also included in KCC Conference Centre Packages located nearby.
